Our Check in at The Jonquil is 3-6 PM.  Check out is 11 AM. Please let us know about any special check in or check out arrangements you may require.

Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Additional guests add $25 per person per night. Your credit card secures your reservation, and will not be charged until your date of arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice is required for any cancellations, with the exception of HOLIDAY and SPECIAL EVENT weekends which require a 14-day cancellation notice. All cancellations must be made via phone, with the exception of BOOKING.COM and AIRBNB reservations which must be made through those websites directly. Email cancellations will not be honored. If cancellations are not made within the cancellation period, guest may be subject to a one-night room charge.

Smoking Policy

The Jonquil guest rooms are totally smoke-free.  A $200 fee will be added to your account for cleaning associated with smoking in-room. Please use the ashtrays in the back courtyard when smoking outside.

Children

Children are welcome, but please keep an eye on your little ones as we front on Tombstone Canyon. We also have a bridge over the canal that accesses our back garden area. 

Parking & Accessibility

The Jonquil Motel has one of the only private parking lots in Old Bisbee. The property is flat and does not require any stairs to access your room.

Pets

We allow dogs. There is an additional non-refundable $25 fee per animal. Your dog may not be left alone during your stay at the Jonquil, but Bisbee is very dog-friendly and most of the shops, bars, and restaurants will accommodate your pup! We also have a Pet Agreement form that you must sign.
